First, you will discuss with the chefs the menu choices for you, which will be composed of the most typical best Moroccan dishes. Then you will walk through the souk to buy the fresh ingredients will allow you to learn more about Moroccan culinary culture.

Learn about the big and small gastronomic secrets of the Moroccan culinary art, its traditions and its origin. You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize you with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the training of gourmet plates.
